The App includes a backup and restore feature that allows you to manage your own data:

• Data is exported into a standard JSON file format upon your explicit request.
• These files are handled locally through your device's built-in file manager or file-sharing system (e.g., if you choose to manually send a backup file to another device).
• No Automatic Transmission: We do not automate, host, or manage these backups. Any cloud storage sync of these files depends entirely on your device's operating system settings or your choice of external storage provider.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Your household data is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed.
• If you wish to delete your data, you can clear the App's storage cache through your device settings, delete individual items inside the App, or uninstall the App completely. Doing so permanently removes all stored data.

Because your data is stored locally, its security depends heavily on the security of your physical device. We recommend securing your device using standard protection mechanisms such as a screen lock (PIN, password, or biometrics) and safely managing any backup JSON files you export.
